Discovery Land Company started looking for partners/consultants to help with the design and development of the property, starting in August 2021.  We interviewed many capable firms, and we began working with PIASA lead by Luis de Ezpeleta after on residential design.  The homes we design and build are quite large and complex and are built for very demanding, sophisticated owners.
